We Indoor Packaged equipments consists of self-contained units that offer: heating, cooling, or heat-pump performance; air-cooled or water-cooled condensing; commercial or multi-story-residential configuration; and horizontal or vertical arrangement.
Self Contained Air Cooling Units
Capacity: 2 to 25 TR
- Mechanical Flexibility - Available in both horizontal and vertical configurations; drive components can be upsized for applications with higher external static-pressure requirements.
- Architectural Flexibility - Eliminates the need for a cooling tower.

Water Source Heat Pumps
Capacity: 0.5 to 6 TR
- Certified High Efficiency -Energy performance exceeds the energy standards for buildings and is certified to the Air-Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI).
- Safe Refrigerant - Utilizes HFC-410A refrigerant, which has zero ozone-depletion potential and has no phase-out schedule
- Design Flexibility - Many model sizes; available in both horizontal and vertical configurations; equally suited for water-loop and low-temperature, geothermal applications.
- Individualized Control - Ideal for applications requiring individual tenant control and/or metering.
- Centralized Control Available - Optional remote-management package allows units to be controlled by an external source.

Vertical Stacking Water Source Heat Pumps
- Pre-piped - Full-length supply, return, and condensate risers are factory-assembled onto the cabinet.
- Cost-Efficient - Provides heating and cooling for a single zone or multiple rooms; offer the flexibility of a four-pipe, fan-coil system at the cost of a two-pipe system.
